Orthodontist, Dr. Tradd Harter grew up in Anderson, South Carolina, and moved to Athens, GA with his wife, Betsy, in 1999. He graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before attending the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine in Charleston, SC. There he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD).

Dr. Harter is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, Georgia Association of Orthodontists, Eastern District Dental Society, and past president of the Clarke County Dental Society. He is board eligible for the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. James Morang grew up in Winterville, Georgia, and graduated from Athens High School before it became Clarke Central. He attended North Georgia College and University of Georgia before graduating with honors from Emory University School of Dentistry. After two years in the Navy, he returned to Emory for his post-graduate degree in Orthodontics.

He is a past president of both the Clarke County Dental Society and the Emory Orthodontic Alumni Association.
